1. Abroad-X professional fees
Abroad-X does not accept cash.
Abroad-X professional fees must be paid only against an official Abroad-X invoice and only into the official Abroad-X company bank account or another company payment method expressly stated on that invoice.
Employees, contractors, associates, employers, referral partners and other third parties are not authorized to collect cash, receive Abroad-X company fees into personal accounts, request payment into unofficial accounts or use unofficial payment links.
2. Service scope and applicant documents
Abroad-X directly provides professional immigration consultation, application preparation assistance and authorized representation for visitor visa and study permit applications, subject to the scope of the signed service agreement.
Applicants are responsible for obtaining and providing all genuine, accurate and complete supporting documents. Abroad-X may review, organize and explain document requirements but does not create, obtain, alter, arrange or supply supporting documents for applicants.
3. No payments for jobs, LMIAs or sponsorship
Abroad-X is not an employment agency, recruitment agency or job-placement service. No Abroad-X director, employee, contractor, associate or referral partner is authorized to collect money for a job, employer, job offer, LMIA, employment sponsorship or family sponsor.
Applicants must independently secure any genuine job offer, employer support or qualifying sponsor required for another application category. For family sponsorship matters, the qualifying relationship and sponsor must already exist independently and must be genuine.
4. External fees are not Abroad-X professional fees
The following fees are separate from Abroad-X professional fees and must be paid directly by the applicant to the relevant official institution, authority or service provider:
- college application fees
- tuition deposits and tuition fees
- IRCC processing fees and biometrics fees
- immigration medical examination fees
- visa application centre fees
- language-testing fees
- credential-assessment fees
- police-certificate fees
- courier, translation and other genuine third-party charges
Abroad-X does not collect these external fees into its company account and, as an internal compliance policy, does not accept or arrange third-party payment of them.
5. Applicant-controlled payment
Applicants must personally control and authorize payment of external fees using the applicant’s bank account, debit card, credit card or another payment method held and controlled by the applicant. This is Abroad-X’s internal fraud-prevention and transparency policy. It is not a statement that IRCC law always requires the payment card to be in the applicant’s name.
College fees must be paid only through the institution’s official portal, official bank instructions or another formally issued payment method. Immigration medical examination fees must be paid directly to an IRCC-approved panel physician or clinic. IRCC processing and biometrics fees must be paid through the applicable official IRCC payment process.
6. Protect banking credentials
Applicants must never disclose a PIN, CVV, OTP, online-banking password or complete banking credentials to Abroad-X personnel or any third party. Abroad-X employees and third parties are not authorized to collect or pay external fees on behalf of applicants.
7. Report suspicious requests
Any request for cash, payment to a personal account, payment for a job or sponsorship, or use of an unofficial payment link must be reported immediately to admin@abroadx.in. Do not make the payment while the request is being verified.
8. Related policies
Professional-fee cancellations and refunds are addressed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Service terms are addressed in the Terms and Conditions.
