1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Abroad-X website and the professional services described in a signed service agreement. Website information is general information and does not create a representative-client relationship. The signed service agreement controls the agreed scope of professional services.

2. Regulatory status and professional service scope

Abroad-X operates through a College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) licensee in good standing.

Abroad-X directly provides professional immigration consultation, application preparation assistance and authorized representation for visitor visa and study permit applications, subject to the scope of the signed service agreement. Depending on that agreement, the work may include consultation, eligibility assessment, document-checklist guidance, review and organization of applicant-provided documents, application preparation, submission assistance, application-related correspondence and authorized representation.

3. Applicant-provided documents

Applicants are responsible for obtaining and providing all genuine, accurate and complete supporting documents. Abroad-X may review, organize and explain document requirements but does not create, obtain, alter, arrange or supply supporting documents for applicants.

Applicants must promptly disclose relevant facts and review forms and supporting information before submission. Abroad-X may pause work where required information is missing, inconsistent or cannot reasonably be verified.

4. No recruitment, job placement or sponsor matching

Abroad-X is not an employment agency, recruitment agency or job-placement service.

Abroad-X and its directors, employees, contractors, associates and referral partners do not find, arrange, procure or indirectly facilitate employers, jobs, job offers, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) or employment sponsorships for clients. They do not arrange or sell LMIAs, charge workers for job placement or collect money for jobs, job offers, LMIAs or sponsorship.

Applicants must independently secure any genuine job offer, employer support or qualifying sponsor required for an application. For family sponsorship matters, the qualifying relationship and sponsor must already exist independently and must be genuine. Abroad-X does not find or introduce family sponsors.

5. Fees and payment safety

Abroad-X does not accept cash. Abroad-X professional fees are payable only against an official Abroad-X invoice and only into the official Abroad-X company bank account or another company payment method expressly stated on that invoice.

Employees, contractors, associates, employers, referral partners and other third parties are not authorized to collect cash, receive company fees into personal accounts, request payment into unofficial accounts or collect money for jobs, job offers, LMIAs or sponsorship. Full payment rules are set out in the Payment and Service Policy.

6. Government, education and third-party fees

College, tuition, IRCC processing, biometric, medical, visa application centre and other third-party fees are separate from Abroad-X professional fees. Under Abroad-X internal fraud-prevention and transparency policy, applicants must pay these fees directly to the relevant official institution, authority or service provider using a payment method controlled and authorized by the applicant. This policy must not be interpreted as a statement that IRCC law always requires a card to be in the applicant’s name.

7. Decisions and no guarantees

Final decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and, where applicable, the relevant educational institution or other responsible authority. Abroad-X does not guarantee admission, visa approval, study permit approval, employment, processing time or any particular result.

8. Cancellation, refunds and legal rights

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the signed service agreement, work completed, time spent, resources committed, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer, employment, regulatory or statutory right or prevents a person from making a lawful complaint to an appropriate authority.

9. Contact and payment concerns

Questions or reports of suspicious payment requests should be sent to admin@abroadx.in. Never send a PIN, CVV, OTP, online-banking password or complete banking credentials.
